Basic Plan:

All calls answered by automated greeting giving caller option to speak to an operator, leave a message in a voice mail box, or to call back during regular office hours. Client can control who is on-call.

• Base Rate $75.00 per month includes allowance of 55 minutes of operator time.

• Variable .90 per operator minute over initial allowance.

• Message Delivery includes: Text or Email to cell phone; or Message Recorded in individual Voice Mail Box; or Alpha Page to Pager. **Digital paging accumulates as operator time.

Options:
Email Delivery $10.00 per month
Fax Delivery $15.00 per month

Premium Plan:

All calls answered by operators trained on your account. Client can control who is on call.

• Base Rate $95.00 per month includes allowance of 55 minutes of operator time.

• Variable .85 per operator minute over initial allowance.

• Message Delivery includes any or all of the following: Text or Email to cell phone; Message Recorded in individual Voice Mail Box; or Alpha Page to Pager, Email, Faxing. **Digital paging accumulates as operator time.

Total Automation:

All calls handled by voice mail. After caller leaves message, voice mail system notifies on-call technician, doctor, etc. *Limited to 8 on-call personnel.

• Monthly Rate $39.95 unlimited calls

Clients' billing packages reviewed every three months to determine if rate adjustment is necessary.
